Spring Hill is one of the fastest-growing cities in Tennessee, known for its family-friendly feel, Civil War history, and a growing roster of local restaurants — anchored economically by a major General Motors plant now building electric vehicles. Mandolin at Stream Valley sits in Franklin's Goose Creek neighborhood, near — not inside — Cool Springs, often called Nashville's 'second downtown' for its concentration of offices, the Cool Springs Galleria and everyday retail. The location keeps residents close to that employment and shopping hub while staying in a quieter, residential pocket of Franklin, a short drive from the historic Main Street district covered above.

Chapman's Retreat takes its name from the surrounding neighborhood, one locals refer to directly rather than by a marketing label — the area has its own elementary school and a settled, established feel that's grown alongside Spring Hill's broader boom described above. It's a name residents already know before they ever tour the community, which says something about how rooted the address is.
