Frequently asked questions
Can I transfer to another Luxia community?
Yes — because all Luxia communities are managed by RPM Living, moving from one to another is far simpler than starting over with a new company, and current residents have the admin fee waived on a transfer. Start with your current on-site team; they'll help you find the right community and connect you for availability and terms.
What if I'm relocating to another city?
Luxia communities span Dallas–Fort Worth, Phoenix, Oklahoma City, the Nashville area and Amarillo. If we're in the metro you're moving to, you can stay with a name and a standard you already know. Pick your new market above to see the communities there.
Do Luxia communities offer rent rewards?
Yes — Luxia communities participate in Bilt Rewards, so you can earn points on your rent (and often on signing or renewing a lease) to redeem for travel, future rent, fitness and more. Ask your community team how to enroll through your resident portal, or see bilt.com.
Do I have to reapply from scratch?
You'll still complete an application for your new home, but your residency history and good standing as a current Luxia resident travel with you — so it's a shorter, more familiar process, with the admin fee waived. Your community team will walk you through what's needed.
Are there transfer, loyalty or referral benefits?
Yes — current Luxia residents who transfer to another Luxia community have their admin fee waived, participate in Bilt Rewards on rent, and can refer friends. Some referral and loyalty perks are handled at the community level and vary by property and time of year, so ask your on-site team for current terms.
