The Luxia Collection

Eighteen communities, one standard.

The Luxia Collection is not a loyalty card. It is a simple idea: a resident who is treated well at one community should never have to leave the family to get a second bedroom, a different city, or a shorter commute.

Move anywhere in the Collection

Life changes. Residents can transfer between any of our 18 communities across Texas, Arizona, Tennessee and Oklahoma with reduced deposits and a simplified application — your resident history follows you instead of starting over from nothing. That is the clearest expression of what the Collection is for, and it is the benefit residents use most. How transfers work.

A real conversation at renewal

About 60 days before your lease ends, your community manager reaches out personally — not an auto-generated email. They walk through your options, any pricing changes, and ask what we should be doing better. If you are thinking about a different floor plan or a different Luxia community altogether, that is the conversation to have it in. The renewal experience.

Straight answers on cost

What you are quoted is what you sign. Utility billing is the part of apartment cost that confuses everyone, so we wrote it out plainly rather than burying it in an addendum. How utility billing works.

Rent that counts for something

Luxia communities participate in Bilt Rewards, so paying rent earns points rather than simply disappearing. Resident perks.

Where to start

If you are choosing a community, all eighteen are here and the comparison tool sorts them on the things that actually differ. In Dallas–Fort Worth, where 13 of the 18 communities are, this guide sorts them by commute corridor. And if you want to know what living here is actually like, the community stories are written from real resident reviews, including the critical ones.
