This policy explains what information Luxia (managed by RPM Living) collects through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email, phone number, preferred area, bedrooms, and move-in timing. Our hosting provider also logs standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure.

How we use it

We use your information to match you with the right Luxia community, arrange tours, and respond to your inquiry. Submissions are routed to the Luxia / RPM Living leasing team.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with RPM Living and the relevant community leasing team to respond to you, and with service providers that operate this site and our leasing platforms (e.g., our website host and RentCafe). We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Calls and texts

If you provide a phone number, you consent to be contacted by phone, text, or email about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of renting, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP or asking us to stop.

Cookies and Do Not Track

This site does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies or third-party marketing pixels, so it does not respond differently to "Do Not Track" signals. Individual community sites may have their own policies.

Your rights

Depending on your state of residence — including Texas (TDPSA), and where applicable Arizona, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and California (CCPA/CPRA) — you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit use of your personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising them.
