What is Bilt Rewards?

Bilt Rewards is a loyalty program that lets renters earn points on rent — normally one of the few large monthly payments that earns you nothing. Bilt operates a nationwide network of apartment communities (the Bilt Alliance), and Luxia communities participate, so as a Luxia resident you can earn points simply by paying your rent through your resident portal. Points don't expire while you're active, and there's no membership fee to join.
